From time to time, some foot conditions are structural and conservative therapy is not quite enough to give people the symptom relief, nor the level of activity they are chasing. At Darwin Podiatry we have a visiting Podiatric Surgeon, Mr Andrew van Essen. Andrew visits from Adelaide ~8weekly. If you think you might need to see Andrew, best you see one of our podiatrists first, to ensure this is the best idea for you and so that any imaging that is required prior to your consultation with Andrew can be arranged. Andrew has surgical privileges at the Darwin Private Hospital and Darwin Day Surgery, so you can recover in the comfort of your own home, with your family.
